INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HEALING SESSION
During your healing session, I do the healing work while in a deep mediation and connect to you with Reiki.
I will always message my clients right before a session starts as well as after.
During this time, the healing connects and works best if you rest quietly, mediate or even sleep.
After your healing session is complete, I will message you right after with a report what I had picked on up during your session.
Days after your healing session, I will follow up to see how you are feeling as the days go on.
just like anything else, in order to feel & see progress, I recommend my clients to come back for more sessions to maintain unblocked chakras & aura.
